Always your choice.

You can permanently delete your account in You Good at any time.

1. Open You Good and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
3. Review the confirmation and select Delete forever.

This deletes your profile, check-ins, and connections to your people. It cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Email us from the address associated with your account to request deletion. We’ll verify ownership before removing anything.

If you only need a break, you can pause your check-ins in the app instead.
